FAQ
How it all works.
How far in advance do I book?
Sessions are usually booked a few days to a week ahead, and members always have their times held first. On-site days for businesses and clubs are usually scheduled a month or more ahead, and shorter notice is sometimes possible.
If you need something sooner, say so when you reach out and we'll see what's possible.
How does payment work?
Every session is paid in full when you book.
We don't bill insurance.
How does the membership work?
Every client begins with a first visit, and that visit starts your membership at the rhythm you choose: one to four sessions a month, each $250, reserved automatically.
Memberships run in rolling three-month terms and continue until you tell us otherwise. Changing your rhythm or cancelling takes a month's notice.
What's the reschedule policy?
The policy is simple:
Seven or more days out: move your session freely to another available day.
Three to seven days out: one courtesy reschedule when we can make it work.
Inside 72 hours: the session is locked, with no changes and no refunds. Same-day changes are never accepted.
Members can change their rhythm or cancel with a month's notice, and locked visits follow the policy above.
Where do you go?
We serve St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa, at homes, offices, gyms, and clubs. Available days depend on your area, and you'll see them when you book.
If you're just outside the area, ask anyway.
What happens at a visit?
The doctor arrives with the table and everything else the visit needs. All you provide is a bit of floor space. Every visit starts with how your body is moving that day, and the treatment follows from there.
First visits run longer and include a complete assessment and health history. Intake is completed online before your visit.
Do you take insurance?
No. The Motion Standard is a cash practice. All major cards are accepted.
Do you offer dry needling?
Yes, as an add-on when the assessment calls for it. You'll complete a specific consent for it during intake, and it is always your choice.
How does the referral program work?
Every client gets a personal referral code. When four different people sign up with your code, complete a first visit, and start a membership, your next session is on us. Their bookings just need your code in the referral field.
Who shouldn't book?
Anyone whose situation needs emergency care, such as new severe injuries, suspected fractures, or neurological red flags, should be seen in an emergency setting first, not on a house call. When something is outside chiropractic scope, the doctor will say so and point you to the right care. That is part of what doctor-level means.
Anything we didn't cover, just ask.
